The basics of using DataSupply. Please read before ordering.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in USD. We price every order server-side at checkout; the total shown before payment includes items and shipping. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order with a pricing error or suspected fraud.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By ordering, you authorize the charge shown at checkout. Your card statement may show our processing descriptor.
Products
Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith from our suppliers; minor variations can occur. We do not make medical, safety, or performance claims beyond manufacturer information.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataSupply's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Use products according to their instructions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DataSupply operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be handled in the courts located there.
